Book a Massage Free 30-min Consult

Hi, I'm Alexa. I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist for ten years, working out of a quiet studio on Vardry Street in downtown Greenville. I focus on therapeutic massage for the whole person — the tired body and the busy mind that put it there.

What I Do

Specific work, for specific bodies.

No spa-template menus. Each session is catered to you and your needs. As you and your needs change, so does your massage.

Full 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions. No 50s. No 80s. You pay for every minute, and every minute counts.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic work paced to what your body brings to the table. Tight hips, tired legs, a low back that's been carrying too much, or a body that simply needs an hour of rest.

60 / 90 / 120 min

Reiki

Reiki and energy healing for the parts of you that touch alone can't reach. Quiet, hands-on or hands-off, working with the body's own current to settle the nervous system and clear what's stuck.

30 / 60 min

Prenatal Massage

For the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Side-lying with bolsters and careful pressure designed to relax the ever-changing body — and the baby along with it.

60 min

Infant Massage

I teach you the technique to use with your baby — so the practice lives at home. Supports digestion, sleep, and bonding. Available as private or group sessions.

How It Works

Three steps. No surprises.

Most people overthink booking a massage. Here's the whole process.

1

Book online

Pick a service, send a few times that work. We'll confirm by text and send a reminder. Or call (864) 800-3217 if you'd rather talk it through first.

2

Arrive five to ten minutes early

We sit, we talk through what's going on in your body and your week. You change in private. We begin. Then the relaxation begins.

3

Walk out lighter

Water, a few minutes of coming back to yourself, and out the door. The effects linger for the rest of the day and into the next — the body loosens, the mood elevates, the mind gets clearer.

Why It Matters

Massage is touch therapy. Touch therapy is mental health work.

Most people overlook the fact that at the end of the day, what I do is simply touch therapy. We live in a lonely, isolated society. Our skin is our biggest organ — full of sensory receptors — meaning we are literally designed for connection.

One hour on the table boosts serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin all at once. That's mood regulation, lower blood pressure, better sleep, and a calmer nervous system, all while the body lets go.

What Clients Say

Real reviews from real bodies.

A few of the kind notes I've received over ten years.

★★★★★

"Excellent massage. Alexa listened to my concerns about certain areas that needed more attention. I felt so relaxed and so much tension released afterward. She even gave me some good stretches to address my chronically tense shoulders and neck!"

"Excellent massage therapist! Talked me through how to best address the issues I presented in my intake form; completely understood what I needed. Technical and zen-like — just what I needed and felt great after a 90-minute session. Booking next appointment!"

About Alexa

I came to this work the long way around.

I didn't set out to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. Massage School happened later in my life than I planned, and I'm grateful for every detour that got me there.

Ten years in, the part of this job I love most is watching someone walk into the room carrying the weight of a long week, and watching that weight come off — even if just for an hour. It's enough.

Get one note a month from me.

The science of touch, what's happening at the studio, and the occasional honest opinion. No upsells, no spam.
